Three-peat is called three successive Champions League Titles which is referred towards Real Madrid. In the modern era, Los Blancos is the only club to earn one of the most unique and unparalleled accomplishments. Back in the 1970’s this feat was achieved by Ajax and Bayern as well. It is unlikely that this sort of climax might even be replicated by the record-holding clubs. Let's have a look back at the journey of the Champions League three-peat. Is a Champions League triumph important or a Domestic League Title? This is the relative question that many Football followers have and even part of the debate among Football Pundits. Many football Clubs have a better history in European Title whereas others have in their respective leagues. Every other one had different thoughts and perspectives over such debates. Teams like Manchester City and PSG are desperately working on Winning the Champions League but Liverpool, Chelsea and InterMilan are more focused on League Title.

A domestic title is basically a League Title that includes Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A and Ligue 1. These are the top 5 Leagues in European Football. About 38 Games are played in the league where every other Club has to play Twice against the Opposition. Only Bundesliga (The German League) where 34 games are official due to 17 Teams in the competition.


Several Football sides have dominated the League in a way that nobody has done like that. For instance, Manchester United and Real Madrid. Although The Red Devils won their last Premier League Title in 2013 still they are the sides that have won Prize 13 Times which is The Most. Los Vikingos hasn’t dominated La Liga in the last decade like Barcelona. However, they still hold the record for Most La Liga Title which is 35. Consistency and Patience are the keys to win the league title. Because every Win or Loss has an impact on the League Table.

Champions League is a competition where World Class teams from every league participate. A competition of comparison between the best teams in their respective leagues. UCL is an acronym for UEFA Champions League that comprises of 13 high-voltage games. 6 games are in Group Stage while 7 are Knockout Stage games. One good point out of many is its unpredictability. Its example is the previous year's Champion Chelsea. Despite scoring fewer goals than average in the Premier League, The Blues defeated Real Madrid and Manchester City in the semifinals and final respectively.

Since every other Club has different preferences because some of them have won more Champions League while others Won League Title. Both competitions have their complexities as the League required more Regularity and Quality. On the other side, in the Champions League, Teams need a lot of Luck and a Strong Mentality because many games have changed in the 2nd Leg and at the Eleventh Hour. 


European Glory is a dream for every Club and Coach but that doesn’t mean the domestic achievement is not an epic victory. In 2018, Zidane said, “ it is harder to Win the La Liga Title than the Champions League”. In addition, many Times European Champions haven’t performed enough in the League yet won the UCL. 2021 Chelsea and 2005 Liverpool are the major examples. However, one thing is for sure winning the Champions League is enough to be remembered for a very long time. The confirmation is, Chelsea’s victory over Bayern in 2012 is still in mind while Inter Milan’s 5 consecutive Serie A Titles haven’t such reminiscence.
