Three-peat is called three successive Champions League Titles which is referred towards Real Madrid. In the modern era, Los Blancos is the only club to earn one of the most unique and unparalleled accomplishments. Back in the 1970’s this feat was achieved by Ajax and Bayern as well. It is unlikely that this sort of climax might even be replicated by the record-holding clubs. Let's have a look back at the journey of the Champions League three-peat. Champions League 2015-16 Real Madrid finished the group stage of 15-16 with the most points ( 16 ).  This is the best one in their three-peat journey. Finally, the World Cup comes to an end. 29 Days of Epic Football with many happy, shocking and traumatic moments. Qatar World Cup has not disappointed instead it will go down as one of the best-ever World Cup in recent times. Final Madness 

Argentina faced THE DEFENDING CHAMPIONS France in the World Cup final. They last met in World Cup 2018 where France defeated 4-3 Argentina. From the start, Argentina played sublime football and France was just catching them. The French attack looked feeble in front of Otamendi and Romero. On the other hand, Argentina was all over The French defence through Di Maria, Alvarez and Messi. 


Di Maria was fouled by Dembele inside the penalty box during these Argentine attacks. The referee awarded Argentina a penalty, and Messi scored it in a delightful way. Argentina 1-0 France! Les Bleus tried to utilise their pace from the left wing but nothing went well. A few seconds later Argentina broke the French defence on counter attack. Gorgeous passing was aligned between Messi who flicked it past to Alvarez to Mac Allister that passed the ball to Di Maria. Argentina Goal as Di Maria shot went into the net. Argentina kept possession and France could not make a single attempt at Goal in First Half. 


The Second Half began, and French came well this time. They got an early corner but did not make any difference. Once again, Scaloneta played an outstanding game, but Upamecano broke the rhythm. Di Maria finished off his game and was substituted with a standing ovation. The situation was in control for Argentina before Otamendi picked up the foul on Muani. The penalty was given and Mbappe pulled one back. The point where the drama began as Mbappe scored another one with a thunderous strike that passed Emi Martinez. Argentina 2-2 France. Into the Extra Time due to Mbappe’s brilliance.

After 90’ the teams came back in the extra time. Argentina made a bright start but the French defence was denying them again and again. Before the end of the first 15’ Upamecano defended superbly as  Lautaro Martinez shot went out of the Goal. 


The second half started of Extra Time and Argentina continued to find a Goal. After 3 minutes Messi delivered again but that was a doubt for the offside. The quick VAR check resulted in favour of Argentina. This Goal made Messi the Highest Goal Contributor (21) in the World Cup. Albicelestes were ahead 3-2. But the story did not end here. Just four minutes before full-time France got another penalty and Mbappe completed Hat-Trick and made it 3-3. By that goal, 24-year-old Kylian Mbappe became the second player to score a Hat-Trick in the World Cup final. How could anyone forget, Last minute remarkable save of Emi Martinez against Muani. The game went into the Penalty Shootout.

Mbappe took the first and scored. Messi scored the first for Argentina. Coman’s penalty was saved by Emi Martinez following another French miss of  Tchouaméni. Emi Martinez gave an absolute Cold Blooded moment. This moment of the Argentine keeper would be remembered for years. Dybala netted straight and Paredes scored too. Kolo Muani of France scored straight. Montiel came to take the decisive penalty. All eyes were on him. He shot and Lloris went the wrong side. That’s it! Argentina have won The World Cup in 1978, 1986 and 2022. Messi became the first-ever player to score in the Group Stage, Round of 16, Quarter Finals, Semi-Finals and Final of the World Cup. Kylian Mbappe won Golden Boot and Messi won his second Golden Ball in World Cup. In the end, Lionel Messi got the cup that he desired The Most.

  3. Qatar World Cup is the best. i saw 2006,10,14,18 and 2022. Literally, this one was all above. Qatar environment and their Stadiums are well appreciated. Messi winning the prestigious title was sooo good
